The winner of the Dark Emotions Contest last year. I fell for the heartbroken look in her face, like she was just about to give up.
I wanted the drawing to be very pale, like she and her feelings are invisible to the world. I think it's how a lot of young people feel - the world, the people around them do not really see them and understand them. I felt invisible many times when I was younger, it's an aweful feeling. It's like you just don't belong.
