This is a drawing using the pretty and unique looking Debbie. I used her as model for my Dark Fairy at the beginning the year as well. I really like her bright green eyes and her cute freckles, it adds something special. I feel the drawing has a bit of a melancholic feel. Perhaps the feel of summer slowly slipping away, a small breeze playing with her hair.
I was trying out some different paper, which is grainier. The colours acts a little different and some areas are harder to create. I also wanted to try and new hair nuance which I haven't used that often. In the end I feel rather happy with it and I like the dimensions of it. I wanted to try something new size wise.
