About 1,5 year ago a girl asked me to draw this guy. I had no idea who he was and when I saw a picture of him I didn't feel like I wanted to draw him really. However a few months back I finally heard some of his music and I really liked it, especially Belief. Then not too long ago I saw his video Follow Through and I totally feel for his way of singing and acting, he seems so natural and down to earth, I love that. What really caught my attention was when he sings "heart" and does the crooked mouth.. just something about. I know, crazy, but that's the reason I am drawing him. He's just great I think. I wanted to choose a pose that was like his personality, well at least the personality I feel is in his music. This goofy happy time smiling and such. So I choose a totally bad reference, a small blurry one, which made it that much harder but I feel okey with the outcome. The mouth took me a long time, and the nose.
