Valentine's Day:

Since Valentine's Day is such a beautiful day I'd like to make a little competition.

All you have to do is send in a picture of your love (or perhaps the two of you together) along with a few words about what he/she means to you. I will post all the received photos and messages here.

I will pick one of you to have one of these hearts. You choose which one you like better.

	This is a picture of my mom and dad Christmas 04. I truely love my parents from putting up with me and my sisters. My parents have gone through so much to get where they are in this picture. This was taken about a month after we moved into our house. That they own. That,is a big deal for my parents owning a house and it really proves how far they have come,during their 15 years of marriage. I couldn't love or be any prouder of my mom and dad. ~Cheyenne
	Here is a picture of my boyfriend. We are together for one year and 4 months now. He really means a lot to me and I don't know what to do without him. He is my whole world. I just have to think about him and I feel happy. I've changed a lot lately and I think it's because of him and I think I've become a better person. I also like to write poems and I've wrote some for him. ~Evelien
	The picture I attached for your Valentine's competition is of me and my wonderful boyfriend Charles.It was taken on Christmas after we had just finished opening gifts. We have been together for 2 1/2 years now. Things haven't always been perfect with us, but I've never felt stronger about how much I love him and I do now. We've been through so much together. You see, he was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago (which is why he is bald) and has gone through a lot with his health this past year. He has been so strong these past few months and I'm so proud of him. He's the love of my life, and despite my family telling me to break it off with him, I stuck with him and I'm so glad that I did. We both know that we were meant to be. ~Barbara

	"Britannie and David" He's saved my life in more ways then I can say.....
	I really love my sister Leah, she is my older sister and she used to live with our family but now has moved away. I think of her daily and the thing is, I never really realized how much I truly do love her until she came to visit for a week, it was actually harder for me to see her go the second time. I miss her playing her keyboard and singing her songs while I was in my room next to hers 'secretly' listening to every note. She is beautiful inside and out and I think of her as a blessing in my life. She is one of the most talented humans I know of.

	These two pictures are me and my bestfriend Steviee. He is the world to me. Right now he is in the medical center trying to recorvry from some surgry he had from when he was "gay bashed" And Me, and his family, and boyfriend almost lost him. But thank god he is ok now. He means everything, we known each other for over 18 years! And all those 18 years He alwyas loved to draw, when he found your site, you inspirted him and he got better. And he won an artshow, and his artwork is traveling around the world in the anne frank mesuuem. You inspired him.
	This picture I'm sending you was taken when we were together for about 4 months. In two weeks we'll be together for 7 months, and those 7 months are the best of my life! It's not always easy, but we always get trough it togeter. You see, he's 21 and I'm 16 and we live in the same village. Since his father is a vet, his mother thinks that I'm not good enough for him because my father is 'just' in the army... Luckily he doesn't agree and he's been arguing with his parents alot about me but they still won't accept me! It sucks, but I really am gratefull to him for sticking up for me and always being there for me when I was down. He just deserves to get this heart, as a symbol for me that he is getting 'my' heart.
	This is my favorite picture of me and my husband. I think it shows how much we love eachother and how safe I feel in his arms. We met when I was only 16, he was 18. I am 20 now. And the moment I saw him, I knew there was something there, I dont usually believe in that love at first sight, but I did when I saw him. I was dating my ex at the time, everything about that night was perfect when we met. My ex was out of town on vacation that week, he was a jerk, my friends kept telling about this guy they wanted me to meet. I was afraid my ex would show up and ruin it or something. But he wasnt around to ruin anything. We were set up at a friends house, and I remember all my friends leaving the room so we could talk, but we didnt say anything but smiled at eachother a lot and played playstation. Then one of my friends said we should go get some movies and I should go with him, I was really nervous at first, but then was so comfortable around him once we left, I never talked to someone so much in my life, and trusted someone. We ended up going to the park and played on the swings and just talked forever. We have been through so much together and nothing will ever tear us apart. I never in my life thought I would find my soulmate, I thought I was destined to live alone. He makes me so happy, when he kisses me, I still get dizzy and my knees shake. I still feel the safest in his arms. He's the main reason I'm where I'm at with my artwork, he is my biggest inspiration and I love him so much. I could seriously go on and on! But I think this is enough! ~Robin

	I send this picture of me and one of my best friends Dewi (my "wife") because she is a big part of my life and means a lot to me... She always makes me laugh and is just such a pretty, nice, lovely, funny girl and a great friend to me. We spend a lot of time together and I really enjoy this hours with her, because it's always fun being with her, watching movies, doing childish things ;-) Lovely Valentines Day! ~Sonja
	I have send you a picture of me and the person "carsten", who i love sooo much. But he doesn`t know that i love him. He sees me as a good friend. I have to think of him everyday since nearly one year. he had got a girlfriend, but now he is single again...but he doesn`t love me. I like this picture, it was shot on a great party. I have cried so often just because of him. But this friendship is also great, he`s such a nice boy. I hope he will come to me on valentine and i hope he will say that he loves me... ~Carina
