This is a drawing of a 6-year-old girl. She is the niece of a friend of mine from school. I just thought she would make a great subject for a portrait because of the look she has on her face. Her smile has an innocense about it, yet it also gives off a sense of sarcasm, almost as though she's thinking: "I'm so totally gonna have you doing whatever I want, and you know it". Ah.......Kids..........gotta love 'em! Also kind of reminds me of summer, because children always remind me of how great summer vacation is, and how they look forward to it the whole school year.
