I used my sister as model for this picture as she has almost black hair and it's beautiful and just the right colour for the image I had in mind. My sister wasn't too happy about the makeup and everything but I managed to get one photo with just the right look.
My intentions was to get a very dark image with an almost empty look in the face and eyes. I kind of stopped working on this cause I thought it would maybe ruin the drawing, instead I am going to make a coal verison of this picture also, sometime.
I used a 4B and 6B pencil.
