These lyrics are from a song by Alex Johnson called "There's us". I really like that song and it has some kind of meaning to me. Though the lyrics seem kind of sad I actually find comfort in them if that makes sense.
I guess sometimes you have to accept that things aren't always as you wish for but if you are lucky things can be good again and be happy. Even though not every dream can come true, at least some can if you keep your love and your hope.
