I couldn't sleep last night, I was really motivated to draw, so I did till 4 am.
A few days back I took a bunch of photos of a friend of mine and made her pose for a lot of ideas I had.
This photo was actually going to be a base for a drawing called Frozen Tears but it didn't have the right mood so I decided to make a dark drawing instead as I really wanted
to try out my new red pastel which I bought some time back when I went shopping with a friend of mine. I was also trying some new things out with the skin colour, to make it look pale. I feel happy with the outcome of this drawing as I feel I really learned something and it motivated me to do more colour drawings.
Made with soft coal and pastels.
