whether or not to start drawing people?

I need some help finding a starting picture for my very first face drawing any tips would be nice, any photos would even more nice.

I don't know if you'd like to draw a male or a female portrait, but I recommend to choose a photo with lots of contrasts (shades and bright places)

What if you choose a celebrity to draw? There are plenty of decent sized images, with good contrast. Hope this helps
