hey everybody

this is my first post on the forum . so not sure whether i'll be able to do this right..let's see

this is a sketch of Drew I drew on a A4 printer paper using the common pencil...

Please..any tips on how to draw hair in a better way would be much appreciated. Any other suggestions / criticism welcome.

I think you have a lot of potential! It is actually really good for a sketch i think. Just work on more shading and spend more time on the hair. Instead of making the hair go in every which way direction, make it flow by doing strokes in the sma edirection, hope that helps!

The proportions looks good. I'm looking forward to see some drawings with shading as well.

thanks for the comments enola & klein. I thought that I had done quite a lot of shading on this one !! but now that i look at other drawings on the forum, i see your point. Klein, i'll try to do as you say on the hair in the next one.

Hey could you guys tell me what size paper you use for your drawings. I am planning to use sthng larger than A4 from now on.

Very good work! Maybe add more shading and start to shade alittle darker!
I used to draw on A3 paper but I've gone down to A4 now because I'm so slow at art!
