The first one is a nice pose. The proportions seem well in the face and overall, perhaps the hands are a little off.
I’d suggest shading a little darker and more even

your drawings look really nice, the proportions in the faces are good, you should just shade more to get a more real effect

Hello! It seems you shading is pretty good! I would suggest going darker, as someone already said.
