Edit: I'd just like to introduce myself for any newbies or whatever, since I haven't already...
So..Hey, I'm Safa...I love to draw whenever I can. I also like to play guitar, play games and write poetry from time to time...

Hey, that's really great for a 13-years-old girl! (Don't worry, I don't think your drawings suck because I couldn't even do it at your age.)

I somehow think you could work a bit more on the shading, but I know that's not that obvious.

Thanks. My art teacher also told me to work on the shading. I did that sketch a while ago, but now I keep practicing, and I'm getting slightly better with each drawing I do. I will post some more art soon

A young Sarah Michelle Gellar/Buffy. My sister recognised her immediently, but I wasn't too sure. I don't think I drew Buffy's mouth correctly although I kept trying to fix it. By the way, I am 13 years old and still practicing.
I don't have a scanner so I had to take a photo instead, please excuse the quality of the image. (A lot of detail doesn't show up.)

You do what I do. You put lines in your lips. My mentor Rick says to use the side of your pencil. It's never lines it's only shades. I know it's so hard to remember. I also love to use my eraser. Oh before I forget. You do light lines and when you erase don't press too hard, because believe it or not the paper has a texture and if you press too hard you can ruin it. So be careful and use the side of your pencil. Also, critisism now! HEHE!! Lol. Sorry. I freak out like that alot. I think that you have a pretty good Idea of what you're drawing and seeing. For being thirteen, yeah. I'm fourteen, and I draw alot like you do too. But I'm a fine artist. Every detail is acounted for. But good job, and good luck with your art.

Yeah a little work on the shading and possibly a little work on proportions. Hope to see more of your stuff soon.

I agree with Jeff, a bit more shading could make your drawings look more realistic, your site is looking good! Oh and your avatar rocks!
