Hey, I don't know if anyone remembers me, but uh...I decided to make a new thread. I finally made a new drawing, I'd never done a drawing like this before. I drew it from a picture that my brother took while he was in Alaska.
any comments or critiques?

oh wow thats a great drawing. i like the extensive value range you used for this drawing. the water looks pretty good too; water and fire i think are two of the hardest things to draw realistically because of their flowing movement, but you did the water well. very nicely done, keep posting more.

Thanks everyone! It means a lot to me when I get compliments from artists! I drew a portrait last night, on a new kind of paper, it's the Bristol Smooth kind. I love how smooth it is I'll scan it in a little while.

welll, here it is! It's my grandmother when she was a teenager. I drew it from an old, little picture so...lol. Hopefully my next one will be better.
