Mya's poem....sorta..thingy..

i dunno what you would call this...i wrote it about a time in my life when people judged me and said horrible stuff about my parents and all...it doesn't happen anymore, so dont get the wrong idea...i just thought i'd write one since other people have...there will be happier ones 2 follow.

I know the sh*t you say behind my back,
Make racist comments at me, just because I’m black.
’Look at the stupid orphan, no future in front of her’
Well now I’m sick to death of the crap you stir.

You think I’m gonna stand for this ??
Maybe you should take a look at yourself before you start 2 diss.
You think I’m weak, just cos I got no family ?
Well I’m used 2 solidarity, I don’t need anyone’s charity.

You need some new cuss’s,
cos I know everything you’ve got 2 say against me,
go ahead…tell people something they don’t know about me.
I get it, you hate me…I don’t see what the fuss is..

You make fun of the fact my parents were killed…
at least my parents didn’t live in a trailer…they were skilled,
they had proper jobs, earned they’re own money,
and yet you still think the fact they died is funny…

What the f*ck is wrong with you?
wheres your sense of humour dude ?
Do you see me laughing at you, cos you were abused ?
We’ve both been through sh*t, and you know it,
So why do u have 2 make me the mis-fit ?

I know you’re not scared of me, but look here see..
You really wouldn’t wanna meet me in an alley in the dark,
I really don’t care about the stuff you say about me…
You need to take your white ass back to the trailor park.

I admit I was upset for a while,
But no-ones going to take away my smile…

I smile all day, I smile all night,
I smile when I’m asleep…
because I know I’ve got your love to keep.

I smile whenever I think of you,
I say I love you and you know its true.
I smile when you smile,
my smile has been spread a thousand miles.

i think i know who sophie is...shes banned i think. But i don't know who chelsie is, i don't know why i am like them? for writing poems? what about artsaves and someone else who posted a poem ? im sorry, i don't understand, the rest of my poems are about happy stuff...

this is a new one i wrote...doesn't sound that good...never mind!

When birds sing,
When birds are killed,
When I have that feeling,
When I feel chilled

When parents love,
When parents hate,
When I feel scared,
When you take my fear away.

I know it’s you,
It’s you who made me, designed me just the way I am,
I am forever grateful,
I really, really am!

ahh dont listen to degrawgirl poems have more emotion when they're sad...cause it makes you wonder why the writer is sad and what they were thinking, etc. what's so great and emotional about a happy poem??! i've written quite a few love poems but its just not the same as depressed, sad, etc. ya know?? psh dont listen to her...sophie had problems...you dont...there's a big difference between you and her

awww thank you!! i do find it easier 2 write sad poems...you can put a lot more feeling into them. I do also think im not like sophie...i dont know wot her problems were exactly but i am not a troubled sorta person...

if so why are you all writing poetry? i did thing it was lurvly but i was just curious thats all do you thing i could put one up aswell please but im just puzzeled i dont no if im actually posting a message up at the moment actually

ok, you seem confused...but this is the everything else section...and this is where other topics except art are discussed, you are new 2 the forum..so welcome! i'm glad you think my poems are lovely, you should go ahead and post some...
