Basics for drawing teeth :

Teeths are NOT completely white on a drawing/photo cause they got shades as everything else. Therefore it's important to shade the teeths slightly to give them a 3D look. (They will look flat if not shaded)

The proportions are very important on the teeths cause it is very easy to see the misstakes on the teeths. I Use the griddingmethod to help me draw everything with right proportions (The griddingmethod is discussed and explained in several places on this forum)

Do not forget to shade the mouth as ****!!! The depth behind the teeths is important to show and that done by making the mouthhole really dark (look at your photo) Also the toothfless is much darker than the teeths and often darker than the lips.

This is all I can think of to help for the moment. As annie_angel said it helps if you could give us an example of your drawings.
