If you wanted advice:
Use more shadinds on the hair. And the mouth is totally white, perhaps you should make an impression of teeths. Otherwise I think it is a rather nice drawing. I can't see that it is britney (spears?) but the proportions of the drawing is rather OK.

i really think you should practise that hair and mouth thing but I still think that drawing is kinda britney-looking
