I think they're good! But you're right, something is wrong.

First pic: I think you've drawn the lines around the mouth and nose too dark? And the irises don't seem to look at the same point. I always have trouble with that too.

Second pic: I like it. Did you used coloured paper? I don't think anything's wrong with it

With the image of Johnny Deep I think there's a problem with the proportions. Seems like his right eye should be a little lower. The lines around his left eye and nose makes him look older.
The colours on the drawing is really good.

I think the first drawing is good but a little creepy.. but I like the way you made the shadings a little rough.

On the Johnny Depp drawing the nose is too long and his face should be more oval. Maybe the face is a little too long? As Zindy has mentioned, the colours are great.
