How do I download my tubes?
You download the purchased tubes yourself, after you have paid for them. Go to the shop and login. Go to My Account, choose View on your order and you will be taken to the next page where you can download them.

How do I get my license number?
You find it at the top of your invoice, which you receive automatically after each purchase.

I did not get an invoice, what do I do?
If you did not get your invoice, please write me at contact@zindy-zone.dk and I will forward it to you.
Note: I have troubles getting through to yahoo emails especially. The automatic invoice from my shop often ends up in the spam folder. Please check if it ended up there before writing me.
