Default Pencils!

Hey guys,I am new in this forum and I am 12
I draw wid normal pencils and black colour
so well.....I wanna try out different pencils
Can ya guys name some pencils that would be good for different drawings and shadings?

welll pencils that r smooth n good for shading...please suggest some so i can buy em nd draw

Well I think staedtler pencils are the best but there are cheaper pencils that are good also, it depends those things are different between artists

If you are looking for graphite pencils, I'd suggest Caran d'Ache Crafwood, since I started using them some years back I haven't used anything else. I use 2B-6B.

Just noticed the price; in Denmark we pay 4$ each for the same pencils, got to love Denmark

I haven't posted any of my graphite work on the forum, but I have worked with graphite many times. To me, the brand of pencil doesn't matter. I've used many different brands and types of pencils and the only thing that makes a difference to me if the level of hardness/softness of the pencil. =]
