This is the one I use http://www.discountofficeitems.com/o...le/p68636.html and it works great. I get needle sharp points.
Have Fun, Jeff

I've used these (Last 2) for a while now, works great:
http://www.jp.staedtler.com/tub_sharpeners_jp.Staedtler Best advice is to buy different ones till you find one that suits you. I've tried a lot of different ones and what works for one might not work well for another. |

The sharpener I use is a Staedtler too. It's not one of the ones in Zindy's link, but it is the same brand.

Well, I did go ahead and buy an electric one yesterday and it was so bad and ruined a few pencils. I think I will stick to the regular ones too.

Go for a hand crank one, those are the best!

Thanks.
@ zindy the only sharpened i use is an electric one. It was one my great grandmother had and is a few decades old lol. Maybe older ones worked better. Its finally dying out on me so I'm going to try some of the manual ones recommended.

Electric stuff are just fancy, they are not made to be used

During the past month I have both bought a electric one and a hand crank one and both didn't work for me at all (the hand crank one was a bit better but didn't sharpen the tip completely). Therefore I will just continue using whatever regular ones I can get my hands on. I think it's just the best choice for me, that way my pencils don't break or get marks all over
