Default Where do you most of your references from?

When you decide to draw something, where exactly do you get your references from?

Either take you own photos and use the poses or browse for stock at Deviantart. They have some excellent stockers.

It really depends on what I plan on drawing. Like most people I'll go to DeviantART, or other websites with stock images available. Though I will also look through magazines and such because they often can have interesting looking images, even if you're just using them for inspiration.

I used to do that too years back, the magazine adds often have amazing shading, especially if you draw with charcoal
