Need help with clothes and glitter

Hello, I draw black and portaits with pencils.

Does anyone know any good tutorials for drawing clothing? Especially mesh?

I was also wondering if anyone had tips on drawing or giving the effect of "glitter" for items like ornaments, clothing and such?
