Default How to draw bodystocking

Hi everyone !

I try to draw sometimes and I would like to know how to draw this kind of things :

It's really difficult for me (i'm a beginner) but I want to try. I don't know if it's a good way but I try to blend the surface and erase each diamond

Thanks a lot !

I think your manner is very difficult, but if it works for you, it's fine.
I do them verry easy: I draw lines in one direction, and then in the other direction. and if you want you can make them a bit thicker to look them like diamonds.
But I only use fishnets in small drawings (fashion drawings), never in big ones.

^^ thank you very much for the answer.
I will try that way. What is scaring me, is the "non-constant" size and form (influenced by the curves of the body) and diamonds are not exactly at the intersection of each row...anyway, I will try that ^^ thanks a lot

Oh, good luck, this pattern is very difficult
My suggestion is similar to Natje's. I would start drawing the lines going downwards (more like from the right upper corner to the left lower corner), kind of follow the round bows there and then go in the other direction. Where the line meets draw a thicker uneven dot to make it less even. It's just even harder because of the woman's shape, I have only done this fishnet as gloves and even then it wasn't too easy. Hope you show us how it goes, I am quite curious

Sorry for the quality I threw this together in under 25 minutes so sorry about the typos! haha. I know learning about contour helped me when it came to learning how to draw fishnet. ♥
