Hope you made the right decision for you. I am in a similar situation actually as I was recently given an amazing opportunity just can't decide whether or not to do it.

I decided to stay in the same study course as I was.. for now. though I still doubt a lot to stop (because I don't feel good enough). But I hve to keep my head high.
