Well I think it looks a little weird because,
the hair is lighter than her face but i don't
know what the photo looks like.

I know it dosn't look perfectly like it but I'm new at this.

I like it black...maybe work on your shading and proportions a little bit but it's good. Have you drawn anything recently because that drawing is from march. If so you should post them.

Some more contrasts and some more darkness would be great and make the drawing more realstic. But I could recognize her :)
