Wow, I've been looking through others artwork and all I can say is awesome! I've been picking up tips that have me itching to grab a pencil and paper and get sketching.
I have been basically a digital artist...I use a Wacom Bamboo tablet and Paintshop Pro. I have been getting into sketching more though and loving it...also trying watercolours and acrylics but really need more practise at it. I sit and watch Jody Bergsma's tutorials on utube with awe
Here are some examples of my artwork...first digital and then I'll add some of my sketches.

Thank you Zindy! The wolf is one of my favorites too. lol usually I'm a cutsie artist but sometimes another mood takes over like with this digital painting I did when I was not in a good place...I call it a self portrait

Hey there and welcome.

Your digital paintings are definetly unique in color and brightness!! My favorite of the bright ones are the birds and the one of the little girl. But the dark wolf one is the best and most realistic of all of them.

As for sketches I cannot recommend Lee Hammonds how to draw books enough!!! I own about 5 of them. I used them through a lot of my teen years (I'm 23 now). They are a great learning aid for realistic drawings! Great step by step tutorials!! http://www.amazon.com/Lee-Hammonds-B...9278444&sr=8-2
