Your first drawing is verry well drawn. good proportions etc.
I don't think you should works moother, but if you really want that, jsust do it then The last drawing could use some more light in it, something little (and the white of the paper) that catches your attention. |

The mood of the Lighthouse drawing is amazing. It makes me feel lonely, which I guess isn't the best feeling but it evokes feelings so I love it.

Very believable tones. I think you have a connection with realism.

Damn fine work and I love House! You have a keen sense for being relatively new to this.

xNatje: Thank you for your comment. I would like to try some other paper surfaces, I've only drawn on structured paper so far.
Actually, the tones of the lighthouse drawing are a little bit different, the drawing is actually not so grey, it's because of the photo quality... But I realize I should improve contrast in my drawings Chart: Thanks a lot, I've been playing with it for a long time Zindy: I'm fascinated with lighthouses, for me, they represent a great mix of loneliness and calmness. So I'm happy that I was able to capture feelings in my drawing Cold Shiva and reverseengineering: Thank you very much for your lovely words I'm actually working on two portrait drawings. I hope I'll finish them soon. I'm posting an older drawing, done before House: ![]() |
