Online Art Shops

I recently had a very bad experience buying drawing paper from an online art shop in the UK. I had actually put some time into reading reviews from other customers but still ended up waiting 1 month just to get an email demanding more money for shipping. Now I am just hoping that Paypal will help me get my money back.

I ended up ordering the same paper from Amazon uk and it was shipped the next day. Still waiting on the delivery and hoping it will arrive safely.

I am curious where you get your art materials from if you shop online. Since they recently stopped selling the Caran d'Ache Crafwood pencils I love I need to find a place to buy them from.
I am mostly interested in online shops within Europe.

It's Grafwood, not Crafwood. Perhaps that is why the searchengine couldn't find it for you.

It is a Belgium company and very large too. A little like Dickblick, but dickblick is expensive for Europeans .

Choose [English], go to [home delivery European union], Type in "grafwood" in [search] box, choose 1st option. It is called Caran 'd Ache graphite line, but it consists the grafwood box you're after. (It is a set with erasers and such)

Results should give this:

- 15 graphite pencils Grafwood (4H-9B)
- 3 water soluble graphite pencils Technalo (HB-B-3B)
- 3 graphite sticks Grafcube - big
- 3 graphite sticks Grafcube - small
- 1 sandpaper block
- 1 sharpener
- 1 paper stumb
- 1 eraser Technik
