I've had wax bloom happen to me before when I burnished too much with my pencils.

I usually buy my pencils at the local art stores, I never like to buy full price, and use the 40% off coupons that can be found out here. (I feel way more than lucky that I can get supplies at low costs locally, -,- so if anyone needs helps getting them at lower prices and sending them to you for as cheap as possible, I'm your girl!)

The auctions really depend, since some are being sold straight from an individual who don't use Ebay much, and others are people who make a living off reselling things on Ebay. So you just really need to look and compare, the shipping price is usually shown underneath the bidding/buy price.

For me, I like Ebay, I just have to really look around, and find the best deal. Also, make sure that the buyer has good feedback. I always check on their rating and read the feedback people provide to help make sure that it's someone I want to purchase from.

What kind of pencils are you wanting specifically?

you're so lucky you can get cheaper supplies!

I rarely buy supplies because of their price here. if a set of pencils is sold for ex. for 10$ by the brand, it will be 40$ here. it's always like this so I try not to buy things at all. Since I've started drawing, I've only bought single graphite pencils at a very cheap price because they're not art professional ones but those kids use to write. The only bought set of colour pencils I have was a gift from my mom to my birthday 2 years ago I guess. It cost her so much that I even felt pity for her, it was such an amazing surprise. Some colours of the set are almost gone so I'm trying to use them to the very last end and I doubt I'll ever buy another set after this is gone, I can't afford to pay such high prices for PENCILS.

I asked about Ebay because I've seen some great deals there (at least comparing to the prices here) but I'm just not sure about shipping, it may just increase the price too much to make it worth it, that's why I asked about it. It's nice to know you have a good experience with it
