Default DKBonnes's photo's - Many new photo's (9 juni 2010)

I've actualy not been on safari but to the zoo with my little sister and my baby nephew. While there i took some photo's of the animals there including the butterfly's in the butterfly garden, and thought you boy's and girls might like to see them

So here we go, and uhh... Enjoy

These are some of my fav's from the photo's I took of the animals, i especially like the butterfly photo's and the one with the Zebra, I like that one becouse the background. Here you have a Zebra and in the background you can see a boat and houses, seems such a big step to me

All pictures taken with:
Nikon D50 and Nikon Nikkor AF 70-300mm F4-5.6G.

Enjoy ya'll.

The 3rd buttefly is amazing, it looks like little black hearts on the wings =) Got to love them. Thanks for showing Dave, I simply loved seeing them. It's amazing how you could get such great photos of them and get so close.
The Lemu is also cute, I once saw them in the Zoo as well, and they were so cute and huggable.. those little sounds they made and the sweet eyes.. and they comforting eachother in one big group. Such a cute animal.

Very nice pictures.

When I lived in Southern California I used to go to the Sand Diego Wild Animal Park and Zoo and loved taking pictures like this. One year they emptied the walk-through bird aviary and put in butterflies for a month. People with bright colored clothes would have butterflies landing on them. It was great.

Have Fun,
Jeff

Thank you all very much Lisa, Zindy, Anak, Jeff, Pauline, Mishel, Jeanine and last but not least Hannah

Jeff, In Artis zoo they have a large greenhouse like building for butterflies. And they do, like you've seen in Sand Diego Wild Animal Park and Zoo, fly free among the visitors, very nice to see

Jeanine, I used a Nikon D50 with a Nikkor AF 70-300mm F4-5.6G lens for all the photo's

I also have some more animal photo's that I took that day wich I like

The last one is my nephew Jayden, he is the most funny an sweet kid ever
