ever sent a fan-art? got it autographed?

Now i can finally ask other artists. hehe.

I sent a drawing last year to Kristin Kreuk as a congrats gift for smvls 100th ep, and she sent me back a persnonalized autograph for letting her keep it.. it did take a year to get a responce, but hey for what i got it was worth it... I would send a more recent one but I think she uses the same pic.

I met the guys of Supernatural on location and they both signed my pic..

so who else has done that?

I met Dido at a HMV signing and got her 1st album signed ^^

well not in person, I sent Alan Shearer a letter with a lil cartoon version of him at the bottom, and got a signed photo in return ^^

I want to get my drawing of Sam and Dean signed again but there's no filming going on for SN.. That's not till next month

so i dont know who to send to next.. heh. I know the HP guys answer..

A couple of years ago a friend of my was crazy about harry potter: books+movies. However, her English isn't that good so when she wrote a letter to the cast, (well, I wrote it, to be sure they would at least understand it ) she got a photograph with signature in reply.. one for me (she added me as reply-address before posting, which I'm still grateful for ) and 1 for her.
But i've never sent a drawing or somethin...looks to risky losing it

depends on who you send to. i know the hp kids ur likely to get it back anyway.. the Alist, are almost impossible (johnny, keira, ect) so u'd be best to send a copy. Jensen, jared, and smvl crew i know reply all the time.. and apparently it helps when usend them an envelope n everything cos i did that with kristin even though it was in the same city.

i would've gotten my Addison drawing signed by Kate Walsh because she was coming to Chicago in april but she cancelled and i couldn't go anyways XD

i would love to get my drawings signed by the people drawn one day though!

Well I sent 3 more today to get signed.. 1 for Santiago Cabrera (Isaac mendez, heroes.. the artist), 1 for Hayden Panneteire (claire, Heroes, the cheerleader) & Alona Tal (Jo, Supernatural)

usally takes a few months to get em back.. KK took a year. heh

That's really interesting. I didn't think they would actually reply. Always thought they would have to much too do and to many fanletters to read to actual get back to the person. It's really nice though. Especially what The guys from Supernatural wrote, it's very sweet. Sam is such a hottie Maybe I should consider sending my drawing to him, or perhaps just a print in case he end up not getting it after all. Anyway it's really nice to know you can actual send them stuff and they will get it. I am definitely considering sending something to Jessica Alba now
