Default Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

I know the game isn't new, I already had it a half year ago on gameboy advance, but now I have it on PS2! It's really cool. the graphics are great and the way he moooooves too. I love to be a little gymnastic in my games And Prince of Persia is the best way to attempt that

Anyone else got this game? Or has played it?

When I visited my parents during the Christmas holidays my little brother was playing this game 24/7. It looked nice and difficult - and it must be nice being able to run at walls But personally I haven't tried it…

Right, the 'walking the walls'-thingy is so fun! And sliding the marble columns and stuff. It's just that Prince of Persia was my first and favourite videogame ever! On our very first pc (and that was 16 years ago) when it started in DOS (the DOS-times, remember ) oh it was such a great platform game, and when I got scared (I was like 5 years old) my daddy played for me and killed the sultans!

I used to play the first one too, I belive it was called Prince of Persia 3D - very nice graphics for that time

As a small side note, the first game I ever played on a PC was Commander Keen followed by Leisure Suit Larry

OMG this is a childhood-memory . Luna, we're getting old.
I just googled it up, to see if it's the game I guessed and it is, and I found what scared me most back then:

I rarely ever played it myself, I just watched my brother , which was scary enough. I still can hardly play jump-and-run-games and stuff alike, cause I'm frightened of any opponent and get really really jumpy
btw. DOS sucked

Naah I think this is the right graphics and really really scary as well, isn't it

My brother used to fall down, just to scare me and then there were those lances and all the blood and... omg I think I'm traumatised

Elena, you're so right that was the game!! But Prince of Persia 3D was the third game I guess? And indeed when the Prince fell into the spikes it went 'woosh' but, d*mn it's hard to type sounds . And all the blood sunked into his nice white suitie Oh and I was always scared too when I stepped on a tile, which activates the gates, and then I became so nervous, thinking I wouldn't get there in time! And then I became all jumpy like you! But I noticed I'm still jumpy, but now the jumpyness looks like cool moves

@Brian: Commander Keen! Wow I loved that game, bouncin' around , tapping the Alt key, killing mushrooms and eating Mars-bars. Those good old games, I was addicted to them

@Skills: I never played Sonic, but my boyfriend was crazy about it. Wasn't Sonic only playable on Sega at first?

I liked the old games, they were so hard to play compared to games nowadays. The graphic of course wasn’t very beautiful or anything but most of them was a real challenge. The first games I remember playing was Super Mario, Zelda, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on our Nintendo. Me and my siblings used hours in front of the screen playing these games.
The old games was so hard sometimes cause you had limited life, I think in most new games – that I have played – you can just go on and on, you have so many chances of getting it right. Sometimes it makes you slack off and not during your best. I would love to play the old games but with new graphic, that would be great
