i got a question peoples

allright i have a problem with shapes (yes First grade stuff right)
when i draw faces i make the face all not-right and if i try to make a picture of a guy standing with his arms out i mess up and end up makeing a (my cat is blocking my screen hold on......thats better) k i make like a pear or something.....so i guess my ? is is there any tips on shape makeing...i feel stupid for asking but i am no joe colemen so i need help people.

you start with an oval then you kind of round the chin
or make it more square...... but if you mean the body.......
then I can't help you on a guy.... not very good. For a girl all you do is curve in on each side. Sorry if this doesn't explain....
