here is a new drawing ive done, still not finished yet, needs some tidying and the hair needs doing obv. can you tell who it is? any tips?

looks good so far but I think the black eye makeup is a bit too outlined or perhaps it's like this in the reference pic but to me it looks kinda weird ;)
