I think you did a great job, especially with the curly hair. I've drawn curls before, I know it's not easy lol My only little critique I'd give is that the shading could be a little darker. But other than that it's really quite good! Keep up the great work! :)

well, you seem to see what you can do to improve, i think you're definitely on the right track, it just takes practice.

I like your new drawing, she looks sweet. The only thing I would change is her mouth, it could be a little wider. You could solve the nose problem by adding more shading, then it might appear less wide.

Denniken: thank you very much! I'm glad you like it, and about the yellowness yes the scanner made it more yellowish :)

Helena: Im glad you like it. I did not add orange, I mixed lots of colours and.. well it kinda end up looking orangish, but no that much I think. I am quite happy with the skin tone personnally, so yeah it's a matter of taste:) oh and note that the scanner did alter the colours slightly too! :-o

I can't do with the way you are doing(having the drawing placed on the lap). If i do that, don't know what/how the drawing would turn out. I always use a table for it. Well so much for that, you're great with colours and you made the eyes very expressive.

Looks good Juli :), I think if u made the hair and the arm parts as black as her breast area, it would look better, and more balanced, but ur're on the rite path :)

First of all, Im sorry for the bad quality of the picture, I took a picture with my webcam. I'll see if I can post a scanned version of it soon. meanwhile this is all I have..
It's a triple portrait. By now I only have one of the persons of the the photo done, as you can see.

haven't post a drawing in years!! actually I havent drawn at all, I must say.
I actually have been occupying my time studying (dental assistance now) but I started doing websites for companies for extra money.
I thought I,d show you guys a website I just finished ( It's for a restaurant, sorry its in french) because i would like to here you all comments about the design and ergonomy.

hi Julieta :) i agree that too much might just be over the top, you made it just nice and simple, easy to venture, look around the website. nice colours matching as well, i like how slightly compact together it seems to me :)
