the hair looks very light on the rigth top...it is a bit from the cam... It was difficult to make a pic, bec. I drew with graphit (9B and 2B) it shines so much :(

I have my first comission...how exciting. The picture the girl send me is very bad quality...But she didn't have a nother one... so I tried to do my best. I post a WIP I ain't ready with the face and I already noticed that I have to do some changes on the eyes, nose and mouth. If you have any advice let me know!!! Do you think she's recognicable? Your new WIP is looking great already! The chin does look a bit wierd :) But it doesn't bother me :)

That looks very nice already. I like the eyes. I think you caught the likeness quite well, be careful not to make her chin to wide though, that position is always hard to get right when the face it like that. Maybe the upper lip need a little more size, looks quite small, especially to the right side. Other than that it’s just great I think.

Looks very good, I can only agree that this photo of her is amazing. I drew it years back, the light and shading in it is so good for drawing. Your drawing is really great I think, the details in the hair on the right side is really good but somehow I feel like the hair on the left, the part under her chin, look a little rushed. ... call me stupid, crazy, drunken or whatever... I must be.... I've baught some new colours osme time ago... and now I used them... I remembered that it was acryl .... but when I mixxed them with water it didn't really work.... it haven't been acryl colours... it was oil. :lol: :lol: :lol: when I realized it I did a part of the pic already so I finished it with water and oil.

That’s just beautiful! I really like the light soft colours in her face. The skin colour looks great. Perhaps the lips could need some more colours to make them more real... like some darker pink or red where there would be shadow. But this is definitely a nice first try Helena, couldn’t help but laugh a little when you wrote you mistook it for acrylic colours - amazing that it turned out like this still!:)
