Hi,
I am new to this board and very impressed by the skill of many people in this forum. I draw just for the fun of it, and my output rate is like one pic every some weeks or so. Looking at Zindy and other people here it really amazes me how you can draw so many pictures in so little time
Well, here's a picture of mine I finished just some days ago. So far, I've done mainly portraits, so this is something different. It comes across a bit on the foot fetish side *LOL* however it makes for a good study :-) The hair comes out kind of bad with the shadows and everything, but I like (most of) the rest.

I totally agree, it really looks so cool!
I like it because the motive really is so different :D !
And of course it's very well done! Apart from the nails that do look kinda strange, well and probably the hair, but you see that yourself...
But I also wanna know if you drew from a photo or something.
And of course I'd be interested in more of your stuff just like the portraits you've done  !
And by the way nice nick, senfbeleger  !!!

To answer your questions: the drawing is a copy of an image I wrested from the, well, (how to put that), less profound reaches of the WWW - I can only wish I had such a detailed imagination
I am loath to post the original picture here, becaue (apart from copyright issues (?)) I think that would spoil the impression... just let the drawing stand for itself.
Regarding the nails... they are definitely as fake as they get :-) and they do look pretty formidable even in the original. Maybe I overdid them a bit, but I had some problems with the foreshortening of the fingers.
As to my other pictures, I will scan them and post them if I get to it, but don't expect anything special. The pic above is definitely my best (so far )
@arty: I've seen some of your pictures and I find them really amazing. You have something which all those people copying from photographs lack, for all their skill (I readily include myself among them, of course :-)) - that is genuine originality. I think you need to start a web site with your stuff soon

Very nice and interesting drawing. The only thing that came to my mind looking weird was her fingernails looking too thick, as the other ones have already mentioned. Other than that it's just great.
