I don't know who she is but it's very decent drawing. The thing that kinda annoys me is the dark lines. Try to fade the nose line and jaw line not draw bold black lines. Another thing the shades are too light. Darker shades would give little more realism in your drawings.

Anyways, very good :) Maybe you are aware of that you should shade more for a more realistic look, however if u intended it to be like this then forget what I said :) It looks good like this too. I especially like drawings number 4 (cool!) and 6...I see that you like Princess Diana :) She was a lovely lady.

nice group of drawings, but it looks like the tones are all the same thing.. which goes along with how all of them are the same gender and race. Try to experiment outside of this box. Could try John Locke from Lost, or Hugh Laurie from House. Some guy with age. It'll help improve your drawings.

hey habb :)
the proportions in ur drawings are already quite well.
you should though, as been said before, try to avoid outlining and thick dark lines.
try to put more layers of shading to the skin especially, leaving out white parts for the highlights and going darker in other spots. you already did that quite well with the hair already.
all in all the faces will get more depth and realism that way. I personally like contrast in drawings a lot too, so maybe it's a good exercise to try drawing a picture that ahs lots of contrast and shadows in it.

You are verry good in drawing hair! In the hair the shadows and highlights are amazing. It looks verry realistic!
but the face needs a bit of work. Especially the shadings and shadows.
They may stand out more (darker) but only on the right places. Somtimes they are put on the wrong place what gives the face a completely other dimension.
Maybe you have to look better to the reference picture where are the shadows and where is light. How they look, how sharp they are, how dark and what shape.

hey i think your work is really nice although i do agree with some of the other your shading is quite light at the moment maybe if try some dark shades on the face they would definitely stand out more however I've got to say the shading on the hair is brill very realistic better than what i can do :D well done

Very cool style if you're not really aiming for realism!
Your hair is very good, it's just that it makes it all choppy when you use dark lines to cut sections of it off, it makes the picture not flow as well in my opinion.
