altho i think u need a bit practising on proportions, already looks good, but the cheek is a bit to big :] but yeah looks rly good for the rest :D

although the shading isn't the usual 'realistic smooth' type, but it looks neat. i kinda like the dotted shading :) good work :)

I think this is a good start :) I do agree that shading needs some work but it still looks good and you are on the right track. A few suggestions would be to try and avoid harsh outlines like the ones on the lips and also when shading the background always shade in one direction only. That way it will make it look more clean. I don't know if any of this helps but keep on drawing....:)
