Someone set off some fireworks outside my window and I tried to take a few shots of it, it was 1 second exposures and not the most stable hand so some of them are a bit shaken, but here they are:

Took this one after I finally got an external flashgun, hopefully I'll learn how to use it proberly soon :)

Had to edit the photo a bit as the little guy had just had his two teeth brushed and tend to dribble a lot during that :)

He could also have used a clean set of clothes, but this was not portrait time, but relax with mom time.

Hey Brian, you have a very keen eye for picking out the right time to make a picture, that shows all over in the photo's you have posted here especialy the ones of the little kid, from some of your comments you have posted i noticed you have full control over your camera, with the ISO800 use in the portrait of your sister and still keeping the "noise" to a minimum. My fav out of all the photo's are the one with the "old" man and the one of Zindy, old people ar'nt photographed enough if you'd ask me, especialy the ones that are loved (that make's all of them :) ) and Zindy, she's a great model with her big bright eye's, i can instantly fall in love with those eye's. Anyway keep taking those great photo's :)

Thanks for the commets guys, the first one (Silke) is actually my mothers christmas present for her husband. He had no idea she where going to get him a dog and started crying when he got it. He has had labradors before and have wanted one since the last one died and it was just amazing how happy he was :)

Just sold my camera in anticipation of the new dslr that Pentax is supposed to announce on the 24th. Thought I better sell it before it was discontinued and the prices would drop even further. Will get the new one as soon as it's available, but for now - no more pictures from me.

Diffused flash through umbrella does wonders for skin, she is in her sixties so direct flash exposes lots and lots of wrinkels :)

The new ones of Gustav is adorable, makes you really notice how much he has grown from the first shots you took. I love how the light falls, beautiful. You are getting so good at this :)
